HOW TO INSTALL PES 2017 MEGA TATTOO PACK:
For PESGalaxy Patch: Copy File Pesgalaxy_Tattoos.cpk to the download folder.
For Pte Patch: Rename Pesgalaxy_Tattoos.cpk to ptepatch_tat.cpk, then copy to the download folder.
After Installation Use the program: PES 2017 DpFileList Generator v1.8 + DLC 2.0 by Baris
